Do-it Yourself Body Wrap!! ' I love this simple and easy way to lose inches off your trouble area!
Things you will need:
Cling wrap
Coconut oil
Vitamin E oil
Ace bandageWhat you do:
Take some coconut oil, enough to rub on your trouble area completely in a thin layer. The coconut oil acts as a lotion and starter for the wrap!
Mix a few drops of vitamin e oil into the coconut oil in a bowl. The vitamin e oil helps with toning the skin, elasticity, and it's known to help the appearance of stretch marks or cellulite!!
Rub the mixture on your trouble area! Can be thighs, arms, or tummy!!Get the cling wrap and start with the roll unraveling away from you... Its easier to roll!
Roll from the bottom of the area up, I usually suck in my tummy a little to help tighten!
Wrap around and up then back down till you get a nice tight wrap, don't do it extremely tight but enough you feel like your in a girdle kinda.
Take the ace bandage and then wrap that around the cling wrap! Just enough to cover the whole cling wrapped area!
Now layer clothes over the area or you can even put on Jammie's and go to sleep!This will start to make that area sweat causeing water weight and stored fat to disappear!!! I do this every day and leave it on as long as I can!
