  • Wake up drink 8 oz of water
    1- Eat you breakfast 1 hour after you wake up

    Mornin meal

    4 to 5 egg whites
    Half of sweet potato
    All the vegetables you want

    Mid-morning

    Turkey or chicken breast 6oz
    Unlimited salad
    No dressing only vinegar

  • Lunch
    Fish like tilapia or pink salmon only 6oz
    Half sweet potato
    Unlimited vegetables with no dressing only vinegar if desire

    Do a workout for 1 hour or 30 min
    Do a different workout every day for 4to 5 days

    Mid-Afternoon small meal
    White fish, chicken breast or turkey 6oz only
    Unlimited salad

  • Dinner

    5-6 eggs whites
