Did You Know That If You Want Lovely White Teeth Then Keep Watching :)

To get these lovely teeth then all you need is bicarbonate of soda and lemon or lime and your best tooth paste and don't forget your toothbrush :)

So get a small plate and put two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda Onto your plate and
Then squeeze your lemon or lime onto your plate and it will start to fizz

It should look like this on your plate when you put the lemon juice on then mix with your toothbrush until it's a thick paste then Brush it on your teeth for about 3 to 5 minutes then after wash it off then just to fully clean your mouth brush your teeth normally!

Then repeat the process for about 1 to two weeks then you should have amazing white teeth like the picture shown
