One of my favorite breakfasts is a simple parfait. Simply layer fruit, yogurt and granola in a cup, and I always add chia or flax seeds to pack an extra punch!
Toast with avocado is definitely delicious! My favorites are avocado and eggs or avocado and tomatoes!
Breakfast burritos can easily be made healthy. Pack whole grain wraps full of beans, eggs and grilled veggies, and top them off with homemade salsa and a dollop of plain Greek yogurt for a deliciously savory breakfast!
Oatmeal can be made sweet or savory. Add maple syrup and fruit for a sweet treat, or try it with avocado, eggs and veggies for a savory morning meal!
