  • For those day's that you need to eat in the go! Here's the recipe to an amazing strawberry banana smoothie!

  • Ingredients:

    ~1/2 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
    ~1 sliced banana (I recommend two to give it more if a banana flavor!)
    ~1/4 cup raw almonds
    ~1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    ~2 cups frozen strawberries
    ~1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    ~1-2 teaspoons of honey (optional)

  • Directions:

    Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 90 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Add more of less honey if needed. To get better banana flavor, unpeel and freeze bananas before use. Top with chopped almonds, strawberry, or banana to give it an extra boost!
