I know it might not look so appetizing, but it's healthy and good!
You will need:
Two handfuls of frozen fruit- if you don't have frozen fruit, use about 1 cup of ice(I used mango and blueberries)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I use a freshly ground bulk organic brand)
Two handfuls spinach (or one-two handfuls of kale)-also optional.
2 teaspoons honey (yum yum!)
1/4 cup-1/2 cup water (or your fav liquid to put in smoothies)
Let's be honest here--a few people actually are neat when making a smoothie😜
Simply blend together, do a taste test and adjust.
