Who would have thought cauliflower used for a pizza??! Surprisingly it has many different forms it can take! Such as rice! Buffalo wings! Mashed potatoes! Breadsticks!? (Yum!) or even popcorn!
2 cups of processed/graded cauliflower
2 cups part skimmed mozzarella
2 large eggs
2 tbsp fennel seed (or spice of choice)
Preheat oven @ 425 combine all ingredients into a bowl, Grease a 12" pizza sheet. Sprinkle the ingredients into the sheet and press/shape into a circle smooth with no rough spots. Bake 12-15 mins or until edges are golden brown. Pull out take a spatula around the edges to lift up sides allow cool for 5 mins.
Basically for toppings you can put o. Whatever you like just sure it's nothing too much; the key is too have little not a lot.
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 chopped roasted bell pepper
1/2 cup spinach
4 slices provolone cheese
Place under boiler on high for 3-5 mins
Or bake for another 10 mins or until golden and bubbly (@425 degrees) allow cool for ten mins for crust to solidify.
Cut and serve! And eat nom nom nom!! 😈☺️
