• vanilla yogurt
• container or plate or tray
. Wash the strawberries to make sure it's clean.
. Chop of the top of the strawberries. You don't want any leaves in it!
. Dip in yogurt. Either halfway or all the way, whatever suits you.
. Lay out and freeze for 12-24 hours. Slice and serve/eat!!

Banana oatmeal cookies!🍌🍪
•. 1cup of oats
•. Baking sheet sprayed with non-stick stuff.
. Mash two bananas into 1 cup of oats and mix well.
. Form into cookies and place in baking sheet
. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Done!! 😋

• tortilla wrap sheet things
. Spread your peanut butter or honey or Nutella on your tortilla.
. Place your sliced up and washed fruit in your tortilla.

• yogurt any flavour
• any additional toppings (chocolate chips, coconut flakes, etc.)
• any tall cup
. First put a spoon of yogurt at the bottom of your glass.
. Then sprinkle some granola and out another scoop of yogurt.
. Then add some fruits in it
. Repeat steps 1,2&3 until your glass is full.
. Top it off with whipped cream(optional) and dig in! :)
