Delicious Chocolatey Gooey Pastry Dessert

  • You will need:

    Puff pastry
    Whatever chocolatey things you want (the more the gooeyer)

  • Lay out your puff pastry into a long rectangle.
    Fill the middle third of your puff pastry with all the chocolates of your choice.
    Fold the two thirds either side over the chocolate to cover it all.
    Pat down the edges to make sure there aren't any openings along the sides.
    Poke a couple of holes along the top of the pastry.

  • Place in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes (until a golden brown) on fan oven 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C.

  • Simple take out and leave to cool for a bit and then can be served heated or cool.

  • (Yours will hopefully look a lot more gooey than these. These don't have a lot of chocolate in them)
