  • Quick, simple, delicious and healthy!!

    A very healthy, low fat, low high and high protein meal for anyone ad everyone. This will make 5-7meals.

    Ingredients:
    Quorn mince
    Tinned chopped tomato x2
    Garlic
    Salt and pepper
    Kidney beans

  • Method:

    Boil desired amount of broccoli (I use this instead of any carbs)

    Heat oil in wok, add garlic and followed by tinned tomato

    Add quorn and leave to simmer for 10-15min

    Once all cooked add kidney beans and season
