  • Incredibly simple, DIY Hair treatment for damaged, dry hair using an avocado, honey and plain yogurt.

Repeated use of hair dyes, sprays and other products eventually dry out the hair and cause breakage.

A natural, low-cost way to restore natural shine to your dry dull hair while replenishing and moisturizing to prevent from further breakage.

    What You Need:
    3 tbsp. Avocado
    1 tbsp. Honey
    1 tbsp. Plain Yogurt

  • Remove avocado core and spoon out contents, mash and mix with yogurt and honey.

While your hair is damp, apply mixture starting at the scalp and work your way down. Use a wide tooth comb to evenly distribute throughout your hair.

After 5-10 minutes rinse with lukewarm water, then shampoo and condition.

The avocado strengthens the follicles, promoting healthy hair growth. The yogurt moisturizes to help prevent from breakage and the honey helps to replenish and restore natural shine to your hair.
