  • Peel about 7-8 zucchinis and cut in half, then in thin evenly sliced slices .

  • Use a bis size pot and 3tbl spoon of butter and cook onion in it. After a few min. Add garlic. Then let it sit for 1 min, add your zucchinis reduce heat close the pot and let it steam for about 30 min. Watch out that you stir it every now and then!!

  • When the mix is very well cooked and soft purée it very well! Then add some water until it has a cream soup thickness :) 
After you've done that spice it with salt,pepper, oregano . IF YOU HAVE A SPICE CALLED VEGETTA add it too! You can get it at a store called world market. It's the best spice ever

  • About the spice vegetta, you can use it with everything you cook! I put it in literally everything I make it underlines the taste of whatever I'm doing.

    Btw you can use this recipe for any ripe of cream soup ! Just exchange the zucchini with for example broccoli. 😁
