  • cut two slits about two or three inches apart. after they are cut file the edges to make them "rough". to make the distressed look you will see two colors if thread; one is white and one is the color of your shorts. with your tweezers pull out all of the colored thread where you cut your two slits. I would recommend to wash the shorts after you're done distressing them to make them look a little more "store bought" or "worn"
