  • What you will need:
    Warm Water (Not Boiling)
Sea Salt (You can use Epson salts too)
A conditioner of your choice (For scent and softness)
You can also add essential oils (I didn't)
    Spray Bottle

First, combine the warm water, 1/2 a tbs of sea salt, and a douse of your favourite conditioner in a cup/glass/bowl!

Once you've mixed it, and let it cool, use a funnel to put the sea salt spray into the spray bottle

The sea salt will recreate that soft, tousled wave, and the conditioner will keep it from over drying out your hair!

  • Moving on the how to create the heatless waves! I begin by making my hair damp! It works best with sea salt spray due to the texture it give your hair, but you can always just use mousse or even water. Once my hair is lightly damp, I divide it into two parts, and beginning towards my temple, twisting my hair backwards adding more hair as I go! Once I have twisted AWAY from my face, about half way down the length of hair, I begin wrapping it into a "top knot" like donut shape! Continuing to twist and wrap until there is no hair left, and then secure it into place with a clip.

  • How long you leave it in is how wavy your hair will be! I usually leave it about 15-20 minutes, or until it doesn't feel damp anymore! Set it free then mess it with your fingers and litereally... you have these curl/waves that look like perfection.
