  • step 1: Get largest tube sock you can find with NO rips or tears!

  • Step 2: Get BUCKWHEAT (pref) or RICE! Any brand in a box or something.. doesn't matter, UNCOOKED!

  • step 3: Pour/put the BUCKWHEAT OR RICE INSIDE THE TUBE SOCK! (Will show how much next picture)

  • Step 4: once filled...pat it down to expand/flatten it slightly---MAKING SURE IT IS ABLE TO STILL MOVE FLEXIBLY NOT BE STIFF (shown with me holding it). Tie it very tight with rubber band so nothing falls out of the sock!

  • AND YOU ARE DONE!!! So it can be used for injuries--sprains, swelling (elevate; if bruised ONLY ICE PACK if no bruising just elevate and alternate ice pack and your new hearing pad every 15-20 min ), any twists, sore muscles, strained, and pulled muscles (CONT)
