DIY Inside Out Caramel Apples

Cut your apples in half.
Use a melon baller or a spoon to take the insides of the apple out. But make sure not to take all of the insides out. Then put a little bit of lemon juice on the inside of the apple so it won't brown as fast. Place them in a muffin tin to stay upright.
Melt caramel in a saucepan or in the microwave.
Use a paper towel to dry the inside of the apple. Make sure it is dry as possible.
Place the melted caramel into each apple.
You can put nuts or skor bits or anything you want on top. Then put it in the fridge till the caramel hardens.
When the caramel is hard or when you are ready to serve it take it out of the fridge and cut the apple into slices. You can drizzle chocolate over them or just leave them plain.
Now you have your DIY inside out caramel apples. Enjoy!
