DIY Hydrating Toner Mist.
I started making my own toner regularly about six months ago. I was previously hooked on Aubrey Organics Sparkling Mineral Water Complexion Mist until I realized the rate at which I actually go through toner. I love products. But I have to draw the line sometimes. I will always spend money on quality products, but I also prioritize. Moisturizer is a must have product, in my opinion, since it stays on your face the longest. Cleanser, on the other hand, is rinsed off within minutes.
Not necessarily where you need to drop a lot of money. Toner is nice, but it’s mostly water that can disappear very quickly if you use it like I do. I love this recipe, and honestly I don’t even miss the store bought ones anymore.
With most homemade skin and body care recipes, I go fairly easy on the essential oils. I like blending them, but I try to keep it simple so that one or two scents can dominate the product. Not here. I put everything in. Any essential oil that is good for your skin that I have on hand, it goes in here. I don’t really care what the end result smells like, because with everything I’ve added it has to be freaking amazing for your skin, right?! I could make a simple toner, or I could make a better toner.
I don’t expect most of you to have all these essential oils on hand. Use what you have.
