Use food colouring! You want to shampoo as you would normally, then add 3-4 drops (more for long thick hair) of food colouring to your normal amount of conditioner. Then rinse out as usual.
It looks TERRIFYING I know, but it wot dye your hair. However, it may dye your skin slightly. I've never had it happen, but I've heard of it happening so be aware. Just take precaution and try not to get too much on your face. Better safe than sorry :)
To neutralize a certain colour, you want to add the opposite colour to your hair. For example, to remove orange/yellow tones you want to use blue/purple food colouring.
It will also help to brighten the colour you may have in your hair, if you have red hair, use red colouring to boost your vibrancy.
