DIY Body Wrap!

Firstly, start to spread your lotion on your belly. Make sure that there is quite a lot but make sure that you don't drown your skin in it. This will also make your skin soft.
Once you have done that, get your plastic wrap and wrap it round your belly ( it will go across your back). Wrap it round about 5-7 times. You can breath in a bit while you're doing this but don't breath it too much, otherwise when your breath back out it will wreck the wrap. Try not to wrap it too tight though.
Lastly, start to wrap your bandage around your belly 5 times, securing the wrap under it. Don't do it too tight.
Now you can go to sleep, and take it off in the morning!! 💖👌💤💤💤
