DIY: Baroque Fashion Belt by abc 🌞 def DIY: Baroque Fashion BeltWhat you’ll need: 2 metres of black velvet (2 inches wide), a handful of medium size pearls, gold flower motifs in variant sizes from broken bits of jewellery, scissors, black cotton thread and a sewing needle.1. Fold the velvet belt in half, crease the middle fold line, this will be your reference point. Be sure to leave a mark or crease line of each side of the belt where the embellishment ends.2. Place the flower motifs and pearls onto velvet belt to create a sequence, once you are happy with the placement, sew the pearls and flowers separately with a sewing needle and black thread, adhesive is strictly forbidden.3. When you’re done with the sewing, take a time to admire your handiwork. Find a lovely top ideally a peplum top like here to go with the baroque belt.
