  • STEP 1 | Slightly¬†melt¬†coconut oil¬†in¬†glass bowl -¬†as¬†it's¬†typically¬†solid coming out of its¬†jar,¬†it helps to have it softened a bit. Next,¬†add¬†epsom salt¬†to¬†oil +¬†stir with spoon.

  • STEP 2 |¬†Add essential oil(s) to¬†bowl. You can drop all 15 of the same scent or you can mix¬†a couple to make your own combo.¬†

FYI | There are so many amazing essential oils - do some research, don't be afraid to experiment; find which oils have the properties that you're looking for.  For example, some oils cater to acne-prone skin because they can reduce redness + inflammation + also because of their bacteria fighting properties.

  • STEP 3 |¬†Pour your scrub¬†into a¬†container. You can use a mason jar if you have any¬†on hand or even the flip lid plastic containers. I like¬†the plastic containers¬†for my bathroom because¬†if it's¬†accidentally knocked off the tub ledge, it won‚Äôt break like glass.

NOTE | You can add a few pieces of washi tape to the side or top of your container + label it with the scent, just in case you make up 2 or 3 different scrubs!
