  • Freeze dried strawberries have been dehydrated to remove moisture but still contain all the lovely color, scent, + flavor of fresh strawberries.   • Place all ingredients in a small, heat safe metal or glass container. I like to use a small Mason jar.

  • Place the container of ingredients in a pan of slowly boiling water that comes about halfway up the side of the container. DO NOT to get any water into your mixture!

  • Keep the water simmering + stir the mixture occasionally with metal spoon, wooden chopstick, or unused popsicle stick until melted.

  • Remove the jar from the water + pour through a strainer into your final container (I used a 1oz glass jar with a screw top).

  • Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature, stirring once after about 10 minutes. This will evenly distribute the strawberry color + flavor.
