  • CUT IT OFF

Cutting your hair gets rid of the split ends. If you don't cut the split ends off then the split ends they are going to grow up your hair and preventing your hair to grow any longer.

  • Stay away from heat!!

I can not stress this enough. You have natural beautiful hair!!! Heat can cause damage which leads to split ends (if you cut off the split ends your hair will still be damaged) and since your hair is damaged it won't grow to the length you want it to.

  • STAY AWAY FROM SULFATES AND SILICONS!!

Curly hair is more dense than straight hair. The SULFATES and SILICONS clog up the roots and can cause fall outs, and hair not growing. And after a week of washing your hair you can see the difference.

  • Hair washing.

Only wash your hair 2x a week. Curly hair needs the natural oils more than straight hair..so I wash my hair on Mondays and Friday's
And you can wash your body everyday just don't wash your hair.
