First 100 crunches forwards 200 crunches switching each side (100 right and left) 50 forward 25 switching 20 forward 10 switching 4 forward (alternate raising legs straight up. 2 switching Then sit in up crunches position and hold for a minute. You can bounce your arms or keep them behind head.
After you are finished with this be sure to have a water break.
Then run in place or to somewhere for 10 minutes, only stopping for water breaks once or twice.
Then do the crunch excersize again.
After wait about 10-30 minutes to eat so you won't have an upset stomach.
