Create A Relaxing Bubble BathWhat you need:
+ 2 lb of Epsom salt
Epsom salt soothes sore muscles. My piano teacher recommended it to me back when my arm was sore from practicing for competitions!
+ Half a cup of coconut oil
Self explanatory. Coconut oil is a bona fide staple for heatlhy skin.
+ A few drops of essential oil (your choice)
Because you want to smell something nice during your bath
+ Bubble bath
Why take a bath without them when you could have puffy, living-on-a-cloud bubbles?Eucalyptus oil and eucalyptus-scented products are my favorite when bathing. They remind me of breathing in deeply in a calm, clear forest. This scent also:
+ Assists with clear breathing
+ Supports overall respiratory health
+ Soothes tired, sore muscles
+ Purifying and cleansing propertiesWhen you're ready, combine the Epsom salt, coconut oil, essential oil, and bubble bath. Light some candles, and relax until you can't anymore!
