Cream Puffs

  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
    2c. heavy cream
    1c. milk
    1/2c. butter
    1c. water
    1/4tsp. salt
    1c. flour
    4 eggs

  • Mix together vanilla pudding, cream and milk. Cover and refrigerate to set.

    Preheat oven to 425º

  • In a large pot, bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and salt until mixture forms a ball. Transfer dough to a large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.

  • Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown

    When the shells are cool, split and fill them with the pudding mixture. Or use a pastry bag to pipe the pudding
