Okay so it has recently been Christmas and we are all dying to get our bikini bodies back with skinny tummies and legs, am I right?
I found a tip for me that worked PERFECTLY and I'm not sure if this will work for everyone, but just before a meal i would find on my phone pictures of foods that I found disgusting!! So i guess it would be different for everyone but for me it was fatty burgers and greasy fries!!
Okay so i'm not going to post an actual picture of being sick but if pictures of fatty foods isn't enough to put you off eating, then pictures of people being sick and piles of sick are bound to turn your tummy for an hour or so! I know this method sounds disgusting but I can genuinely swear by it
If you aren't quite prepared to look at a disgusting picture, then drinking a large glass of water (or juice) just before eating a meal is also an ideal way to fill you up and lessen your appetite by around 30%!! Which is ideal for those trying to eat less
