    10 Push ups
    20 Sit-ups
    30 Squats
    60 second wall sit
    25 Crisscross
    15 Cross over crunch (each side)
    20 crunch
    30 flutter kicks
    30 heel touch
    60 seconds plank

  • Repeat this once a day for a few days, then build up twice a day, then finally three times a day. By doing this, you will not strain your body and your fitness will grow naturally as your body becomes accustomed to the routine.
