You'll need 1-2 bananas.
1 cup of water or more if you'd like.
Ever since I was little my momma would give me bananas and water when I was constipated. This helps a lot when you're a kid, if you're an adult or teen, it's not really an effect anymore but it sure makes you fart. (in case you can't take gas out of your stomach either).
Now if the bananas don't work then try this:
Massage your stomach right from her top hand to her bottom hand gentle. Always remember to use a lotion or oil on your tummy. TIP: it's always good to do it on an empty stomach so maybe try doing it in the morning.
Massage from top to bottom right where her hands are
Massage for 10-15 mins or more however much you need. You know you'll be done when you feel like you want to fart or poop. When you're done go ahead and drink phillips magnesium, you can drink what it says on the back label. Or you can pour a cup of water out and put 2-3 spoons of magnesium
For teens or adults
Don't just massage from the top to the bottom. Go from top to side to bottom. So from the top, instead of massaging down go to the side and then down. Just what you were doing but to the side :-)
