Because I want this body! So I gonna get it!😝
I will be doing all of this for 30 days, I will not be doing my nightly work out during this if you have seen my other tips. Come join me with these challenges and work out. I will be doing the two 30 day challenges and then I made this work out to help work every part of the body!
I will be doing this challenge, though personally I will also be quitting coffee and will be drinking breakfast tea and green teas.
This is the second challenge (obviously) and I won't be editing this one.
Now on to the workout part! Knowing me I will probably do this before bed, so I guess for the next 30 days this will be my nightly work out.
ARMS!! I tend to forget to work out my arms but I remembered this time! Do 25 of these.
Elbow-to-Knee sit-ups! Do 50 (or 25 each side).
Sumo Squats! Do 25!
Lunges! Do 20 (per leg)!
And last but not least, Fire Hydrants! Do 15 per leg!!
