Colourful Spaghetti

  • Start cooking your spaghetti in boiling water as usual but split the spaghetti into three or four pans depending how many different colours you want

  • In each pan of spaghetti add different coloured food colouring.
    Use quite a lot and keep checking on the pasta as it cooks and add more colouring if it is needed . The pasta should absorb the colour

  • You can add 'cheese clouds' by preheating the oven to 350 degrees (gas mark 4). Cover a backing tray in grease proof paper. Place around 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese in even circles (you can use a cookie cutter) and bake for 4-5 minutes. Leave to cool slightly and then serve
