    Hair dye for dark hair: If you wish to have a brown or almost black shade to your hair, then you can achieve it by mixing coffee or black tea. Make a strong potion of tea or coffee and then let it cool down. You can put this mixture on your hair and then cover your hair with a shower cap and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Do this process twice a week to get the desired color.

  • Henna dye: - Henna is the most loved hair dye from ancient times. It is really good with its job hence it justifies its popularity too. You can get your hair dyed naturally with henna. All you need for it is natural henna powder; brew it into a thick, muddy paste. Apply this into your hair and leave it for at least 4 hours. You can add different products to the henna mixture to achieve different results. By adding egg, you can make it a nourishing as well as a conditioning mask. Essential oil, vinegar etc. can also be added to it.

  • Lemon juice hair lightener: - If you wish to lighten your hair color then a lemon can help you achieve that. Mix one cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice along with 3 cups of strong chamomile tea. Soak your hair with this mixture and allow it to dry and then wash it off and condition your hair. Repeat this process for about 2 to 3 times every week for desired results.

  • Natural hair color with sage and rosemary: - This recipe is both easy and budget friendly. You just need sage as well as rosemary tea which when used on grey hair will dye it. Brew a strong Sage and Rosemary tea and simply apply it on your hair with the help of your fingers. Make sure not to rinse it. Wash it off after half an hour and repeat this process for a few weeks.

  • For red hair color: - If you have naturally lighter hair or blonde hair then this recipe will work best for you. . The effects are cumulative therefore regular use will yield in better results. You need 2 cups of water, half cup of calendula flowers, 2 tablespoons of hibiscus petals. Boil the water and simmer it and put calendula and hibiscus and simmer it for at least half an hour. Strain the flowers and cool it. Refrigerate this concoction and use it every day as a final rinse on your hair. Within few uses you will begin to notice desirable changes.
