Coca Cola Cake by Elizabeth Gallegos Coca Cola CakeIngredients 2 cups of flout 2 cups sugar 1 cup margarine 3 teaspoons cocoa 1 cup coca cola 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon baking soda 4 eggs-beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallowsDirections Sift flour and sugar in bowl. Heat margarine, cocoa and coke to boiling point; pour over flour mixture. Add buttermilk, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and marshmallows. Batter will be thin and the marshmallows will float to top. Pour batter into oiled and floured oblong pan.Bake at 324 degrees for 60-75 minutes.Icing Ingredients 1 (16-oz) pkg. powdered sugar 1/2 cup margarine 3 teaspoon cocoa 1 cup nuts 6 teaspoon coca colaDirections Mix well. Pour icing on cake when it comes out if the oven.
