Cinnamon Coconut Yogurt! So Yummy!

  • 1 whole young coconut
    1 heaping tsp cinnamon
    2 tbs probiotics (can find at any good health store)

  • Drain coconut milk in a glass and scoop flesh of coconut into blender. Blend and add coconut milk slowly until texture is thick and creamy. Add cinnamon and place in fridge for 24-32 hrs for fermentation. Top off with fresh fruit or granola!
