Chocolate Fudge Frosting

  • Ingredients: 

    - 110g butter unsalted 

    - 90g cooking chocolate 

    - 425g icing sugar 

    - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

    - 175ml milk or as needed

  • Directions: 

    - Melt chocolate and butter together 

    - Then add to the remaining ingredients making sure to add the milk a little at a time 

    - As the frosting cools it will thicken so it's best to leave the frosting until cooled to pipe on the cup cakes.
