Super gooey chocolatey and delicious ! I love this recipe for perfect chocolate chunk cookies! A nice thick, soft cookie, slightly crispy around the edges, loaded with milk and semi-sweet chocolate chunks!
First cream your butter and brown sugar together. Please people, let this go for a good 2 minutes. You want it to be fluffy and pale in color. It makes a difference, I’m telling you.
I finally found that 1 tsp of baking powder and a 1/4 tsp of baking soda was the right amount.
I also added in a whole tea spoon of kosher salt!
Then, what I did was chop up some milk chocolate. Small enough so it wouldn’t be huge, but large enough so it was still a chunk.
10 whole ounces.
Also add baking melts. This is also 10 ounces! So beware, 20 ounces of chocolate
Cream in the chocolate to your fluffy mix ! Beautiful isn't it?!
One heaping 1/4 cup for each cookie.
I experimented and found it to be easier to roll into balls onto your tin to bake!
