First take OIL and heat till bubble come up then add the MUSTARD SEED and CUMIN SEED and till smell comes add ONION and CHILIE chop it small one and then fry it till it light brown let it sim and cut small piece of CHICKENS and mix it with YOGHURT add TUMERIC CHILIE POWDER GARAM MASALA AND SALT and crush GINGER AND CHILIE and GARLIC add it to the mix and leave in a paste for 15 min to 30 then add it to the fry and fry it till cook add COCONUT MILk and WATER and simmer add BLACK PEPPER and CARDAMON crushed and CORRIANDER at the end for taste and serve with RICE.
