1st STEP-After you've boiled your chicken,shred it with a fork and knive until there are no more chicken chunks , season with garlic, salt , pepper ,onion powder and chicken seasoning add spices to your taste ,
2nd STEP-get a pan put a quarter a cup of oil to heat up then put one corn tortilla in at a time.turn every so often until they are fried, take out and put to set on paper towels to drench some oil ouch
3rd STEP-add as much chicken as you prefer to the fried corn tortillas,then you can finally top it off with your mango salsa and you're ready to go 🙌
