Chicken Spaghetti πŸ§€πŸ

  • Ingredients:
    1 pound chicken (cooked deboned)
    1 package spaghetti
    1 block (1 pound) velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    Salt and pepper (for taste)

  • Directions:
    1. Cook chicken
    2. Bring pot of water to boil, add pasta.
    3. While pasta is cooking cut cheese into cubes.
    4. Strain pasta when done, add in chicken, cheese, cream of mushroom, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and ro-tel.
    5. Cook pasta mixture over medium low until cheese is melted.
    6. (Optional) Put pasta mixture in pan, top with shredded cheese, and bake in preheated oven at 375 for 20 minutes or until top gets golden brown and crispy.
