Chicken Marsala Stuffed Mushrooms

  • This is so good and easy to make! My favorite recipe and a hit at parties.

  • Prep time: 30 minutes
    Total time: 45 minutes
    Makes: 10 servings

  • What you need:
    20 Fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Onions
    2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
    14 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about a 1/2 of a cup)
    1/4 Finely Chopped cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. KRAFT shredded Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tbsp. Marsala Wine
    1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning

  • Make It
    Heat oven to 400ºF. Remove mushroom stems and finely chop. Set mushroom tops aside.
    Cook mushroom stems and onions in butter in small skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in cracker crumbs, chicken, 1 Tbsp. cheese, wine and seasoning.
    Spoon chicken mixture into mushroom caps; place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake 15 min. or until heated through.

  • If you want to make more just double or triple the recipe. I had tendency of over stuffing the mushrooms so I have to triple the recipe. Works great, tastes great!

  • Serve hot or warm.
    To reheat...
    Place in microwave for about 1 minute. Or put them back in oven but make sure you don't overheat too much or they will burn!
