  • You will need chicken.  1 -1 1/2 breasts per individual.  Pound chicken until it's as thin as you want.

  • I prefer smoked gouda cheese but you can use swiss.  Lay 2-3 slices on each piece of chicken.

  • Chop up some smoked turkey bacon and sprinkle it on the chicken.  Use as much as you want.

  • My favorite is Applegate Farms. It has a delicious bacon flavor and a good texture.

  • Roll up the chicken and hold it together with tooth picks.
    Set the chicken breasts in a casserole dish.

    At this point you should heat the oven to 350. While it's warming up, you will make the sauce.

  • You will need an 8 ounce package of cream cheese.  Put this into a pan on medium low heat and let melt.

  • Add 1/2 cup of sour cream.
    Add 1/2 cup of sour cream.
  • Stir in 1 can (roughly 2 cups) of chicken stock.  You may need to wisk your sauce to make sure it is all mixed together.

  • Spread roughly half of the sauce over the chicken.
    Sprinkle bacon over it then put it in the oven until done (approx. 1 hour)

    Pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken and serve.
