Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Casserole! Kids And Husbands Will Rejoice!

1lb bacon (I use 2lb) 2lb boneless skinless chicken (breast or thighs), bite sized 2Tbl ranch seasoning 1 bell pepper, diced 2 minced garlic cloves 1lb bow tie pasta (any will do, something with ridges works best) 2 jars Alfredo sauce (I make my own and just take out the extra garlic in this recipe
1/3c evaporated milk (you can use regular milk)
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
4c shredded Italian cheese blend (it really pays to not use any substitutions here!)
Coat chicken with 1.5Tb ranch seasoning and sauté in skillet with 1Tb bacon grease, bell pepper and garlic.
After chicken is cooked drain grease and liquid. Pour one jar of Alfredo and the milk into skillet with chicken and veggies. Add one tsp ranch seasoning. Summer 5min.
Cook pasta al dente
Layer 13X9 pan with half jar Alfredo. Then go pasta, chicken sauce, tomatoes, cheese,bacon. Two or three times. Too with remaining Alfredo and cheese and bacon
Bake 30 minutes on 350°
For healthier options use less fat or fat free ingredients. There is also the option of finding a cauliflower Alfredo recipe to use (I haven't tried that yet but I bet it would be great)
