Cheetos Tater Tots

  • Ingredients: 

    - Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, a few bags

    - 2 Eggs, whisked

    - Plain flour

    - Pizza mozzarella, cut into fat ‘tots’

    - Sunflower oil, for deep frying

    - Sour cream, mayonnaise and cayenne, for a dip (optional)

  • Directions: 

    - Crush your cheetos and pop them in a bowl alongside your whisked eggs and flour

    - Dip your ‘tots’ into the flour, then egg, then cheetos dust

    - Repeat if necessary to ensure a thick coat, then place on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes or so

  • - Heat your oil to about 160ºC/320ºF and deep fry your tots until nicely coloured and the cheese is melted- about 3 or 4 minutes

    - Mix remaining cheetos dust with sour cream, mayonnaise and a little cayenne for an outrageously delicious dip.
