  • 3 times 2k with a 3 minutes rest

    Try to pull your 2k plus 7 for the split, but don't worry too much. As long as you are challenging yourself it's worth it😊

  • Six 500m sprints with 1-2 minutes rest (your decision)

    I find this one really nice because when I row I like to count and here I can count very easily.

  • 1500m 4 minute rest (2k+9)
    1000m 3 minute rest (2k+6)
    1000m 3 minute rest (2k+6)
    500m 2 minute rest (2k+3)
    500m (sprint)

    This one is hard for me but I love doing it before I do a 2k so I can focus on my splits and pacing myself
