Carb Free Pancakes!!!!!

  • You will need:
    -2 bananas
    - vanilla extract
    - 3 eggs.
    - cinnamon

  • In a small bowl break eggs and wish together

    In a separate bowl mash pealed bananas (works best with soft over ripened fruit)
    Combine eggs and bananas. Mix well
    Add vanilla and cinnamon to taste.


    Place skillet on stove to warm.
    When warm pour pancake mixture onto hot skillet
    Flip pancake when golden.

    Serve with fresh fruit, peanut butter, or syrup.......the combinations are endless
