These are my sleeping tips.💕
1) Take a hot bath❤ Science says sometimes the reason we can't sleep is because the hormones are changing in our bodies and a hot bath would help it's also relaxing!
2) Clean your room!👌 A dirty room is negative energies and plus maybe something in that room is bothering you👍
3) Listen to some meditation music❤❤ Close your eyes and listen to it, it's relaxing and can easily put you to sleep!
4) READ OR WRITE! This will relax you, entertain you, and most of all GET THINGS OFF YOUR MIND!
BONUS!!: I found this recipe online and it works like a charm! Take milk, warm it in the microwave until it's foaming/warm, mix honey in with it, then vanilla extract, and sprinkle it with some cinnamon. If don't have all the products use the ones you have or just do warm milk. It taste great!
