    Flour
    Pizza sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    Ricotta cheese
    Meat of your choice - chopped
    Vegetable of your choice - chopped

    Utensils:
    Dough roller
    Spoon
    Cheese grater (optional)
    Cookie sheet
    Foil

  • One bag of TJs dough makes 2 large calzones or 4 regular-sized calzones.
Open the bag & let the dough sit for 20-30 minutes so it can reach room temperature.
