Cabbage Meatball Bake

  • All you need is a head of cabbage and ground beef and what ever spices you want

    1) make meatballs and bake in the over ( what ever size you want)
    2) cut head of cabbage into thick shreds
    3) steam cabbage and add spices , I usually put hot sauce balsamic vinager.

  • 4) once cabbage is soft place meatballs in an oven safe pan with cabbage over top

    5) top with pasta sauce and cheese of choice
