**CAULIFLOWER CRUST PIZZA**

  • Crust:
    4 cups Cauliflower (steams till soft and cool)
    3 Egg whites (can use whole egg)
    1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
    4 oz. Cream Cheese
    1/2 teaspoon Fennel
    2 teaspoon Oregano
    2 teaspoon Parsley

  • Mix and blend well in a food processor (or by hand but well blended to look like mashed potatoes). Pour onto a greased pizza stone (any pan). Bake at 400° till golden brown.
    Remove from the oven and apply a thin layer of pizza sauce (spaghetti sauce).
    Any topping you would like. If using vegetable, cut them up to your desired thickness and sauté or microwave them till tender crisp. Then layer them on top of the sauce, and add mozzarella. Bake again till cheese is melted.
    Crust will be soft not firm like flour dough would be.
