Butterfinger Cupcakes

Ingredients
(Cake)
• 1 box Devils food cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2tsp vanilla extract
(Frosting)
• 2 regular sized butter fingers
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2tsp vanilla extract
• 3-4 cups powdered sugar -
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and Lin pans with cupcake liners
2. Sift cake mix into a small bowl and set aside
3. In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil, milk, sour cream and vanilla extract
4. Stir in cake mix until smooth
5. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 17-22 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean -
6. Frosting: start by preparing your Butterfingers. Unwrap them and zap them in the microwave for about 10-15 second. Then use a knife to scrape off the chocolate layer. Take the orange insides and crush them using a food processor or placing them in a plastic bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin. Put them through a sifter so you only use the "smallest" powder that goes through, it's ok if not all them go through

7. Place the butterfinger "powder" aside and continue with your frosting. Beat butter and peanut butter in a stand mixer. Add vanilla and slowly add powdered sugar until you reach your desired consistency. Add your butterfinger "powder." If it becomes too, add 1 tbsp of milk
8. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes and top with pieces of butterfinger -
